Strategy Funding

The Scottish Government has provided £7.1 million funding, through the SurvivorScotland Strategy, to deliver services for survivors in the following priority areas.

  • male survivors
  • rural and remote areas
  • mental health needs
  • complex trauma
  • complex physical health
  • learning disability
  • minority ethnic survivors
  • work in prisons and on prevention of abuse
  • training
  • work in partnership with two health and local authorities in Aberdeen and Fife to develop pilot projects in order to collect previously unrecorded data on survivors who come into contact with gynaecological and mental health clinics
